“I was excited when the parcel arrived but somewhat disappointed when I opened the box. Rather than seeing healthy looking plants they were extremely dry and the tips of the plants were all brown and crispy. On this occasion I was very disappointed. Photos of when I opened the box!”

“A bit disappointed, the ends of the leaves were all brown and one planter was missing.”

“Plants are okay - the delivery was squashed inside a box so they are lopsided and bent rather than straight up and bushy. The pots are also different and a lot bigger - and not as nice looking, I was emailed about this, but no email to be able to cancel / change.”

“Unfortunately I ordered the plant and the planter however I only received the plant and they have been very unhelpful and are not prepared to send me the planter. Very disappointed”
