“On Friday morning June 13th I responded to the offer and had not been sent a code by Saturday morning. That meant I had paid to enter the Euro and millionaires draws but was unable to register my application. I sent this and received no acknowledgment or reply. “Yesterday morning I paid for the lottery offer and never received an invoice for the transaction and 20 hours later it still does not show show in the app under My Woucher. Obviously I was not entered into last night lottery draw which the advert encouraged me to do, therefore I am requesting a full refund.” After sending that email I received a Wowcher code, and rather than persue a refund I activated the Wowcher. A week later no one has replied to my complaint.”

“Forces you to download the you play we play app for £1.99 then when you get on the app there are no clear instructions as to how to se if you’ve won anything! Feels like a scam and Wowcher should not be selling it. I would like a refund but not sure how to go about getting one!”
