“The process is a little confusing especially for the elderly. There are links such as whatsapp groups and to third parties, one of which is such a scam I nearly killed myself over it during COVID because it was draining money out of my account and I didn't have an income at the time. The webpages are very 'noisy / cluttered. Need to consult with a UI expert. And there's nothing received to say which dates or even numbers I have paid for. For a while I was not certain of what I had purchased.”
