“I only joined the syndicate last week so it's too early to see if I will make a profit. It is complicated to buy and would be a whole lot easier if you could just buy the item you want. I know many people who don't trust this buying method and anyone who isn't computer savvy can end up buying the item you want more than once.”

“Purchasing the Euromillions Lines was easy enough however redeeming them was a complete nightmare! The instructions on how to redeem were not clear, links did not work, I even tried to contact your Customer Support Service who were completely useless. I eventually managed to figure it out but spent the best part of two days trying to do it! Way too complicated and not enough clear information and instructions.”
