“Forces you to download the you play we play app for £1.99 then when you get on the app there are no clear instructions as to how to se if you’ve won anything! Feels like a scam and Wowcher should not be selling it. I would like a refund but not sure how to go about getting one!”

“Didn't get hhe date coverage I wanted, purchase during jackpot but then got randomly assigned dates in a months time. Random dates and choices, May be an offer but in large syndicates, we'll see if worth it”

“Awful experience but not strictly Wowchers fault. The You Pay We Play Website is so bad and operationally poor I thought it was a scam. It took ages to complete and kept going wrong. Unfortunately I’d bought 2 Wowcher’s so I had to go through the whole rigmarole twice. They DID NOT even send a confirmation email, I have no evidence I signed up with YPWP. Very poor and I deeply regret buying them.”
