“I was unable to redeem my Wowcher code from my email. The option "Redeem Code" was not available; the only options were "Give as Gift" or "Buy Again." I tried using the QR code, but that did not work. I decided to give this as a gift to myself in hopes that I could open it up and link to You Play We Play website. Now, I have not received the Redeem Code as a gift and I may not be able to place my entry in the £129 M EuroMillion draw this Tuesday. Pleas help me if you can before Tuesday.”

“Not worth it, so many people in the syndicate that you only get Pennie’s even though you have quite a few numbers…and can’t cash out unless you have at least £20 - which means I’ll never be able to cash out unless I stay in the syndicate for months and months”

“After I paid £9.99. I was been lured for another £9.99 payment then another £1.99 for fast track. After paying I don't really know what happened to my money coz it's not straight forward. I felt that I was been scammed. Up to this moment I'm waitingbfor a full refund that I applied since last week a day after I decided not to go through with it, as I felt that my money just gor lost for nothing.”

“My experience of this offer is extremely disappointing. It is not sufficient just to cough up the £10 shown in the offer. It is then necessary to jump through all sorts of hoops to actually play in the lottery, including registration as a member of some sort of syndicate. I am still not clear as to whether I actually played in any of the draws. There was a time limit that popped up somewhere in the labyrinth of stages involved so, due to other commitments and not having the opportunity to concentrate on this, I think I have wasted my stake. I now have little faith in Wowcher generally as a viable way of saving money and will probably opt out of the format altogether. Be warned people!!”
