“Each time I try to pay it gets turned down despite having the money in bank yet my 9.99 was debited is this a rat am smelling am unsure now as to wether carry on or unsubscribe disappointed isn't the word”

“Twice now we have bought this, and the second time you didn't answer our email. My husband has had to sit for over an hour each occasion trying to validate the voucher. It is certainly not without it's time consuming efforts to validate the voucher, so I hope we win so that we no longer need to play the lottery! Please can you sort this out Wowcher and make it a hassle free purchase for the future?”
