“I won’t be purchasing again. The website is difficult to use, I redeemed my voucher but I’ve no idea where it went after that, no clue as to the numbers in the syndicate. I even emailed asking for clarity but got no answer. after reading the small print you can only cash out if you have over £20 in winnings anyway. Poor choice on my part for buying this”

“I was unable to redeem my Wowcher code from my email. The option "Redeem Code" was not available; the only options were "Give as Gift" or "Buy Again." I tried using the QR code, but that did not work. I decided to give this as a gift to myself in hopes that I could open it up and link to You Play We Play website. Now, I have not received the Redeem Code as a gift and I may not be able to place my entry in the £129 M EuroMillion draw this Tuesday. Pleas help me if you can before Tuesday.”

“Not worth it, so many people in the syndicate that you only get Pennie’s even though you have quite a few numbers…and can’t cash out unless you have at least £20 - which means I’ll never be able to cash out unless I stay in the syndicate for months and months”

“After I paid £9.99. I was been lured for another £9.99 payment then another £1.99 for fast track. After paying I don't really know what happened to my money coz it's not straight forward. I felt that I was been scammed. Up to this moment I'm waitingbfor a full refund that I applied since last week a day after I decided not to go through with it, as I felt that my money just gor lost for nothing.”
