“Absolutely awful. Talks about £500 gift cards, Louis Vuitton, Hugo Boss watches etc but I received a Buddha necklace which in my opinion is a very unique piece that not many people would be happy with. When I requested a swap or refund, I was put through to AI chat bots and robots. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!!!”
