I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the product you have received. This was advertised as a mystery deal and a list of the available products were provided in the original advertisement along with the RRP. You were then allocated an item by random selection. If you wish to return your purchase it must be in the same condition that it was delivered and the box must be unopened, Many Thanks, Wowcher.
