“Heats up well when plugged in.. I wasn't aware you need a portable charger with you when using as it does not charge then work when unplugged. Size is very small, ordered a large for someone who is medium and it wouldn't zip up so order bigger.”

“I ordered a size xxl for my husband for xmas . It arrived on time but the sizing is not at all accurate , it’s tiny I’m a size 10/12 and it just about fits me I sent an email to the supplier but had no response”

“Great product. Very lightweight. Heats up quickly but can be confusing for different settings until you get used to it. Bad point is never trust the sizes! We did all the measurements and ordered according to that and it was still a few sizes too small.”
