“TOOK WAY TOO LONG TO ARRIVE, A WHOLE WEEK AFTER I NEEDED IT FOR A GIFT AND ORDERED IN PLENTY OF TIME. AFTER THE LONG WAIT, IT IS TOO SMALL, ORDERED HIS USUAL MEDIUM BUT IT IS VERY SMALL SIZING. WILL HAVE TO PAY £4 TO RETURN IT SO NO POINT!! ORDERED ANOTHER FROM ELSEWHERE.”

“The small print advises this jacket does not come with the battery pack or charger, so the heated gilet is useless without it. This should be made clearer without having to go to another section to find. I will now have to spend another 30.00 to make the jacket useable.”

“Ordered this for my husband in Size 2XL, one size bigger than my husbands usual size of clothing. Have just received the item and its a question whether the size is even a Medium. my usualy clothes size is 12-14 and it barely fits me when fastened up. absolutely no use at all as it is more like a childrens size”
