“Overall very good. The ambience of the venues is superb. The food was good, the only criticism I would have was there was a very limited choice compared to the normal menu and some of the meal selections highlighted on the wowcher site as being included in the menu weren’t included. But overall it represented very good value for money and would definitely use the deal again.”

“I attended The Clermont on May 4th with my parents & husband on May 4th. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel & restaurant. The decor is stunning & is in a great location in the heart of London. The staff were so welcoming & friendly, just really professional & attentive. We arrived around 30 minutes early for our booking but the table was ready & we were able to be seated. They did not rush us out either, nothing was too much trouble. The maitre d' was really caring and helpful when there was an issue with the Wowchers. They were bought as gifts but hadn't been redeemed at the time, which we had no idea we had to do. Upon booking, I had been told that we didn't actually need to bring them along, which I thought strange at the time, so I brought the gift packs with me. I communicated this back to the maitre d'. She was apologetic as she knows that the Wowchers are essential for this & was going to ensure that the staff were clear about this. She helped us with the issue & was so patient with us, she's amazing. I hope this gets fed back to her. But for anyone booking, please make sure that you redeem the voucher as you need a code or something to give to the restaurant upon arrival. The food was outstanding, we couldn't fault any of it. There was a good selection of food but I cannot confirm how well they cater for people with allergies or intolerances. My husband is dairy intolerant but managed to find something to eat from the menu offered on the deal, so if you're dairy intolerant, there's something for you here. Fantastic value for money, although some dishes did require a supplement. I think the most was around £10, which isn't much considering the quality of the food & also the size of the portions - they do not skimp just because it's a Wowcher deal! The bottle of fizz was also of high quality which was a fabulous surprise given that it was an English sparkling wine. We added some cocktails to the order too which were comparable with London prices but again, really nice & didn't skimp on alcohol. All in all, an excellent experience which we all enjoyed. We will return either for this deal again or the afternoon tea.”

“Went to the Clermont for our anniversary lunch. Lovely hotel above Charing Cross station so easy to get to, friendly staff and delicious food. Thoroughly recommended.”
