“Beautiful hotel and restaurant with very good service. Although all food served was delicious and well presented, I felt the choices offered lacked imagination. Fish and chips, burger and caesar salad I can get from any chain restaurant - I am surprised the restaurant can't offer something more creative. I would've loved to return but not with that menu - a real shame.”

“Delicious food. Good choice on the menu. Really enjoyed it all. Plus a bottle of Presecco between the 2 of us. I would definately buy thss Wowcher deal again. Really lovely venue too. Right next to Charing Cross Station and just up the road is the Strand. Lots of theatres nearby so a great place to have your meal.”

“This was my fourth visit to the Clermont, usually go for afternoon tea. Although staff were very attentive & the surroundings beautiful I was slightly disappointed with the set menu available on the offer. I was intending to have a lunch that fitted in with my sllmming program but not a lot of choice , ended up ordering the beef burger , leaving the bun & fries. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and I will be returning again when hopefully they have updated the menu .”

“No problem booking. Staff really helpful. Service on the night was poor. The menu was limited which we expected but really basic, burger, fish chips. We would have liked something a little more unusual. Sat at the end of the meal expecting to be asked if we would like anything else. We would have ordered cocktails but no staff acknowledged us so we left. Surroundings were very nice.”
