“This product was not what I expected it to be, it did not go through my hair from my scalp due to the shape of the comb it doesn’t straighten my hair even on the highest setting, my hair is not thick. I was disappointed so requested a refund & I’ll continue to look for a hair straightener that does what it says it does.”

“They are one of the worst things I have bought so will be sending them back. I thought they had a brush on the end but it is a piece of hard plastic”

“With the cable, in my opinion, being short, I find difficulty using this product whilst plugged in ie maintaining the heat source to do what the product is designed for”
