“Electric lead is really short so I have to use an extension . It's flimsier than I thought it would be and so far I'm quite disappointed especially as the postage costs actually put the price up.”

“I was quite disappointed with this product, it doesn’t glide through your hair, you have to lift your hair up and hold it to put the brick down it and it takes ages to straighten. The plug and lead are also too short even connected to an extension lead the whole thing lifts up in the air when using it.”
