“Once I put the redemption code in on the website it said that I needed to wait for something else to be sent through. Nothing ever arrived and I was unable to contact anyone as it seems impossible through both the app and the website. When trying again it then says that it has already been redeemed! Voucher has now expired and been wasted! This isn’t the first Wowcher that I’ve had problems with! Very disappointing!”

“Good selection to share , shame not include coffee at the end and not get told at beginning as get a drink included to start but can be swapped to the end.”

“Could not book, redeemed wowcher but didn’t give me option to pick date & time. Lost my money as said it had been redeemed. Customer service awful and not able to help. Waste of money.”

“The service was awful, it was cold when it arrived so had to send it back. We was offered an alternative which was fine. Came to use the voucher and it said that it had already been redeemed. Which it hadn't. I thought it may have expired but when I checked it was valid until March. I tried to exchange it for a different wowcher and it wouldn't let me.”
