“Breakfast was very good. Rooms are a bit tired and air con did not work. Lack of a car park is a problem and it costs up to £20 a night in the car park over the road. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.”

“The location of the hotel is ideal for a visit to Southend. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy but carpets need a deep clean. No access to the balcony was a slight disappointment.”
