“A big disappointment when told that the hotel has no car park. The use of multi-storey opposite cost an extra £20 for our stay. This needs to be addressed in the amount advertised, not as 'accessible parking available'. Pity the air conditioning was not working in our room. When reported there was an offer to move....not when we have unpacked and settled in! The fan provided in the room was very noisy and could not be used. Balcony doors opened only a small amount to let in air. Good sea view and close to all amenities and shops. Shower floor became slippy during use, care needed. Breakfast was good with a choice of continental style and fully cooked. Clean eating area and staff helpful. Late checkout good but only 1 hour longer than normal hotel time. Bar area was pleasant and well kept,nice that balcony was open for use. Friendly staff. A pity there was no mini bar in the room. Extra pillows provided when asked for.”

“This deal was very good, particularly the late checkout and breakfast, this allowed us to have breakfast, attend some morning virtual calls before checking out at 1pm, without disruption to the morning. The deal was quite decent too for less than £100. The hotel is in a decent location good during summer with nice views of the sea. Only thing is parking, the hotel does not have parking, although there is a shopping centre car park opposite the hotel which cost £20 for over 7hrs, so if you are staying overnight, you would expect to pay £20, also Im not sure how it would work if you had to take your car out of the car park after the initial entry, probably could end up costing more than £20. The hotel need to find a way to do a deal with the car park managers for its guests.”

“The dinner and breakfast were great. The room was spacious and fully equipped. The only problem is the carpet is exhausted and need changing.”

“The room was amazing we was lucky enough to have a balcony room which overlooked the sea. The breakfast and dinner in the hotel is amazing, the staff were kind and helpful I don’t have a bad word to say about it.”

“Lovely staff, our room was clean with good amenities. Breakfast was lovely. Balcony was fantastic. Only thing that let it down was dinner which was disappointing.”
