“After almost 3 weeks since purchasing this item, I still haven’t received it and Obero’s customer service have been great in terms of a guaranteed reply but other than that, they’ve been fairly useless with continuing to send me the tracking details when I ask about why my item that was due to be here 10 days ago (according to their estimated delivery time) is still not with me instead of giving some sort of human response. The item could be fantastic but I won’t know until it ever arrives lol”

“I still haven't received my Air cooler I have messaged them twice now to cancel my order and all I get is were sorry plz wait give it more time im shocked and appalled at this treatment I ordered this nearly 20 days ago I just want my money back and the company have just dissed me so I will never buy anything like this again”

“Really good the device does the job it cools the air nicely I was worried it would be pointless but no it really gets cold, the purifyer is a nice extra I put a little tke essential oil in mine and it sprays out really well. The fans are good the only pitfall is it is still a little noisy it humms so if you want really silent it is Dyson or shark I'm afraid but I'd give this a 7 out of 10 and the LED colour changing mood light is another great bonus. I would recommend this for a, cheap pretty decent cool fan.”
