“The fan itself is ok, but the lead you connect to plug is not very long so your quite restricted. When it arrived the box was ripped & looked like it had been bashed about a lot so was surprised the fan wasn't damaged”

“I recently purchased an Air Cooler with LED Display and Air Conditioning Fan from OBERO International, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The product arrived promptly, but that’s where the positives end. From the moment I turned it on, it was clear that this product was not as advertised. Despite following the instructions meticulously, the fan stopped working entirely within a few minutes of use. Adding water, as suggested by the customer service, did not resolve the issue, which indicates that the unit is faulty. To make matters worse, the customer service team has been unhelpful and dismissive. After providing all the necessary evidence, including a detailed video of the malfunction, I was advised to perform basic troubleshooting steps that I had already tried. Their responses have been repetitive and do not address the core issue - the product is faulty and needs to be refunded. It’s disappointing to see such poor quality control and lack of proper customer support. I expected a functional air cooler, not a glorified humidifier that doesn’t even work. I strongly advise against purchasing from OBERO International if you value your money and peace of mind.”
