“Hotel, room and staff were lovely. The location of the hotel is amazing. It's just on the front of the Albert Docks. Breakfast was amazing and the hotel room was better than I imagined.”

“Brilliant deal in a lovely hotel. The checking in was easy & we were given a voucher to redeem at the hotel bar for our Prosecco. Friendly staff and a good breakfast choice. The rooms were clean and super comfy.”

“A lovely hotel with great staff, breakfast was average due to it being only luke warm. They had run out of Prosecco and they substituted it for a bottle of wine at our choice and lovely it was. One member of staff I think he was a restaurant supervisor let the side down with his appearance he was scruffy and his shirt and trousers looked as if they hadn't seen an iron. Other than that everything was excellent.”
