“Disappointed with my purchase. The main reason for buying was to record my sleep as I rarely sleep for more than 1 hour 30 mins a day. However this watch only counts sleep over 4 hours in length therefore a total waste of money for me.”

“Rubbish. Doesn't hook up to leading health / fitness apps such as Google fit Will keep as a spare for the price but also paid 6.99 for speedy delivery and took over a week”

“This transaction did not occurred. I paid for next day delivery and yet two weeks later the item still hasn't arrived. I've sourced an alternative item and no Longer want this item and yet Wowcher insist on giving the vendor more time. The lack of customer service is very very poor from the vendor and this reflects badly on Wowcher and it's promise of quick delivery. Avoid this vendor at all costs because they have proven to be unreliable.”

“If I had actually received this FitPro Fitness Tracker I would have been able to provide a genuine review. I emailed J&Y Global on 23 November to tell them that I had not received the goods by the scheduled delivery date of 20/11/2024. A response from them advised they would update me on delivery within 3 working days. I have yet to hear from them.”
