“This was a lovely day. I enjoyed the facilities that were available and it was a relaxing day which was needed. Only issue was that one of the jacuzzi was not working, other than that it was all quite lovely. The staff I dealt with on the day were very friendly and enjoyed the cream tea. I used all the facilities which included the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, whirlpool and had a lovely back and neck massage and facial. The young staff that provided the spa treatments were very professional and kind. I would most certainly visit again.”

“On our arrival we were given little information on where to go. On the whole a great experience especially the facial great products leaving our skin soft and fresh looking, lovely girls. The cream tea was also lovely. The pool was great but could do with more chairs and hooks, we had nowhere to sit and had to put our bags on the floor so our things got wet, It was disappointing also some people were dominating the spar pool and my daughter felt some of the men sat very close to her deliberately bumping into her touching her feet and legs, it was a shame that no staff were supervising.”

“Always lovely day at Bannatyne it's nice an local gir us and we go as a group of 4 and have a relaxing day chilling and catching up with each other . Treatments always great and food great and resonably priced. Definatly a good buy”

“Friendly staff, well equipped and clean facilities and very nice spa treatments. Leah gave me one of the best back massages I have ever had. Only issue was that we booked in advance and expected our cream tea- there were no scones available- did get a tea cake, but not what we had expected.”

“Did not receive the sparkling cream tea. It was a coffee and a scone with butter and jam. Although the treatments where fine they just where not long enough. Been to many spa days and always come out feeling relaxed but unfortunately not with this one. Very disappointed”
