“The robe wasn’t close to being fluffy, more old and used, the Prosecco and cream tea is literally a scone with jam and butter OR cream! It wouldn’t have broken the bank to offer both butter and cream, the lettuce we were served with our £6 tuna mayo panini was BROWN. I paid £40 for two spa bags and after 3 days am still waiting my for my refund of £20 after returning the items to them. During our treatments the radio kept glitching and cutting off which wasn’t very relaxing. Nice little place just don’t set your standards too high! Wont let me upload pictures.”

“Had a lovely day at Bannatyne Colchester for my daughters birthday treatments were amazing and the facilities were fantastic and the high tea was delicious and the staff were all welcoming and helpful I would recommend if you want a relaxing spa day”

“Absolutely wonderful place in Bury St Edmonds! We had luxury treatments and after care, wonderful swim, sauna, steam, changing rooms were immaculate! ALL the staff were amazing, really helpful, really polite, chatty, it was a wonderful experience and wonderful to relax with my mum! Thank you from both of us for a fantastic day”

“It was a lovely day all round and certainly I’d go again, but the only thing is that the spa area is used by regular gym goers and the public so don’t expect a very relaxed spa environment.”

“Not been for the experience yet but the booking was so stressful. I had to complete a form as it was for 2 wowchers. I was trying to book for Falkirk and they were giving me availability for Cardiff then the tried to downgrade our treatments and I had to screenshot the deal and send it to them to get what we actually bought and even at that I had to confirm 3 times and each time they asked the told me I could lose the booking at any time due to their live booking system. No matter what the spa day is like I won't be buying another Bannatyne wowcher”
