“Arrived in good time. Assembled, charged but does not work. Company offered 50%refund but are now wanting video of item as well as the photos sent previously. I am very disappointed with their ongoing responses and delaying tactics. Perhaps you can assist in a proper outcome to maintain your reputation as a responsible company Keith Davies”
