“I wasn't able to use the voucher as they arrive to our after I ordered them which wasn't relevant anymore your customer service is beyond poor actually doesn't exist in the experience with you is something that I will never want to repeat”

“There were no clear instructions re where to board the bus at Charing X and we were 3 adults & 2 children aged 4& 5. Wasted a lot of time walking to and fro and eventually found the right stop. Did not know how regular the buses came along so more delays which does not help the experience. We should have been told it was a 25 double decker old style bus and the exact location of the bus stops. Once on board staff were friendly and welcoming but due to initial delays we could only have a limited experience which was disappointing”

“We decided to join the bus tour at Trafalgar Square/Charing Cross but there were no instructions of where you needed to catch the bus. In the end we rang Londoner Buses and they advised us of where we needed to be. Also, it doesn't state this is not a continuous circuit, so where we joined we only spent about 20 minutes on the bus before everybody had to disembark. Overall it was good fun and we could have made our way to another point to catch another bus but we didn't. More information is required for this Wowcher purchase.”

“Very difficult to find the stops . Waited for the tour bus for two hours . Web site says every 30 minutes. Also supposed to be a recorded voice guide . Never happened . Very disappointed .”

“We were unable to use this voucher due to both being unable to find the bus stop and no bus arriving. After trying 3 different pick up places (non of which showed Heritage Buses) and waiting for 30mins at the 3rd we had to phone the company to find out where out which stop we needed at Trafalger Sq. They told us and also said one was about 10mins away. After waiting another 40mins (so over an hour in total) there was still no sign of a bus so we gave up! Very disappointing followed by the fact we cannot apply for a refund as we have ‘redeemed’ the tickets which you had to do before travelling.”
