“Terrible terrible, we went to London and looked and looked for this tour bus stop, we asked one of the other company tour guides and we were instructed to phone the company. To our horror the tour from Wowcher only operates on the weekend. We we on Monday, and found out on Tuesday. We were very disappointed. Waste of money and valuable time. So embarrassing.”

Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. “Highly disappointed with this purchase, we searched for the bus operator, no.one could tell us where it was , we went to all pick up points, all the other bus operators were very visual everywhere apart from this one . My two children were very much looking forward to it and were left very upset”

“Oh dear what a disaster waited 40 minutes in pouring rain ☔️ yep and the bus was a no show.... Several other bus tours across the road busy doing business despite the not so wonderful weather. Not the nicest surprise treat for my friends reason 2 tickets purchased allowing all 4 of to have a lovely trip around the city will not be recommending this to friends and colleagues YOU MISSED OUT .....”

“Went to Waterloo station but couldn't find the stop, no signs whatsoever. Spoke to various other people who said it wasn't a very reliable, we've been in London for two days & never saw a bus from this company”

“We arrived Waterloo station only to hear the bus does not come out regularly, we waited for about an hour but it didn't turn up so I haven’t used the tickets yet.”

“The website needs updated as all the information is wrong took 2 days to find departure places as incorrect on your website was not happy going to different places to try and get then the hop on hop off 2 places of interest only then disembark terrible would not use woucher services again”
