“Nothing like the photo. It's reel is week and flimsy, takes forever to reel it back in, it gets jammed up and you have to pull it out and start again. The hose kinks very easily and stops when moving around the garden. Wasted £20 on this. Very disappointed”

“I found this hose was of poor quality it had lots of loose threads so I didn't use it because I was worried the water would come out were the treads were so im sending it back and getting a refund”
