If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal, just follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free: Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return. “Flaw in the design, the whole 50metres have to be unravelled before you can use it! I bought two, one for myself and one for a friend. I had to pay postage twice, despite both coming to my address. When I tried to return, Wowcher wanted 3.99 per return (postage was 2.99!) Very disappointing for my first Wowcher purchase!”
