“I am disappointed with the product as tge connector on the hose pipe does not fit the outside tap, the mechanism on the hose is too small to fit the tap, therefore I csnt use it, unless there is another size up from the one I bought. I like the product, but can't use it as it is.”

“Faulty product. Leaks in 2 places. Have contacted wowcher for money back but haven’t had confirmation They said I would be referred to company but link only told me where to return it from. I’m not prepared to pay for p& p and haven’t heard from company so extremely dissatisfied. Have video of leak on my phone but not the know how to include. Would appreciate quick resolution”

“Hose ok had difficulty ordering it on line ordering process found confusing with £20 here and £18 there then redeem wowcher I.ve ordered from qvc/ideal world/easy life over the last 25 years + never had a problem so I will not be ordering anything again website to confusing for me oap”
