“The tree isn't the size the size quoted. Its supposed to be 6-7 ft but I received a 4.5 tree. So disappointed. Trying to send it back which is very difficult as the company's ask for phone number for the company it came from but you don't have one. Do so disappointed.”

“very unsatisfactory as per the product headline only ordered it because it was a 6/7ft palm what arrived isn’t even 5ft now having to go through the hoops to try and send back gardening express are wanting me to take photos of it measured and lots of other things to prove i’m not lying be warned”

“I was hoping for a palm tree as advertised, but instead I got a small one like this . Feeling a bit cheated. Maybe it will grow, but then it feels like false advertising.”
