“Hotel was very dated and upon arrival there was a boiler issues where by there was no heating so you could feel the cold as soon as you entered the hotel”

“Thiis is on behalf of our daughter as it was her present from us. Hotel was very nice. Lovely room however, it was really hot think there was a fault with the central heating/aircon. Unfortunatey we left it too late to complain. Nice breakfast staff were great.”

“Hotel in good position and in easy reach for all amenities. Staff are extremely accomodating and are knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast is excellent. It is well worth a visit x”

“The room and the bathroom was only just warm enough we couldn’t have a Bath because the water was to cold and the shower wasn’t much better the next Morning the water was hot so I guess It had all been used by other guest the night when we needed it there was no heating in the bathroom and the expel air was running while in bathroom making it really cold their were no pillow protectors on so we saw yellow marks on pillows not what you would expect from an executive Room when my wife told reception on our departure there was no apologies she just took the key card and walked off on a Positive note excellent location and a good breakfast wouldn’t return but loved Harrogate”

“A day at the races followed by a trip to Harrogate, a great location with some lovely shops and great restaurants had a great time, would definitely recommend”
