“Absolutely appalling service, missed a very special date due to really poor communication, faceless organisation, no one to speak to and no email address, complaints through Whatsapp only and it seemed no one was interested and it was relentless to get the situation resolved, there seemed to be many people picking up the complaint but not looking at the history and as I say, we missed a very special date.”

“Lovely hotel in perfect place for visiting local attractions, hotel staff friendly and helpful, a small issue was quickly resolved, excellent customer service by management team. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice.”
