“This is not an automatic pet ball launcher. This is a scam. There is no motor to launch the ball. It simply rolls out of the hole when you drop it in the top. Definitely not worth £19.99. Total rubbish.”

“Really not as good as advertised. The treats hardly ever get dispensed, you have to constantly shake to dispenser which meant that my dog lost interest in it within minutes. I was under the impression that the ball comes out at speed, however, it literally falls down the shoot and just pops out at the bottom. Very poor quality, I would have definitely returned it if I had paid full price.”

“Absolute rubbish You put the ball in and it trickles out. Waste of time , never worth the money am trying to contact wow her to return it and get my money back, that’s not proving easy either. Big disappointment.”

“Very good. Our dog was a bit unsure to begin with but soon sussed out how to get the treats by dropping the ball. She now lets us know when the treats have run out!”
