“Not what i thought for price, basically ball just rolls out with a sprinkle of treats .. thought for price would have been a ball Launcher.. probably my mistake but would just say Buyer Beware !”

“A bit disappointed but partly my fault as I assumed that the ball would come out a lot faster but no it just rolls out, also the treat part gets stuck, like alot! Also saw same item half the price somewhere else, so definitely not worth the money I paid for here.”

“It’s rubbish do not buy! It’s says launcher but you put the wall in and it just rolls through! A joke, and getting through to Wowcher is a joke, they don’t reply to emails and online instructions are ridiculous! I can’t even send it back as I’ve no paper work or instructions on how to do it!”

“Wasn't what I expected as expected the ball to be shot out but it literally just falls through the hole! No incentive for my dog to put the ball back to repeat. I know there issl a slide for treats but just dobt think its worth the money”

“Sadly this was a disappointing buy for my dog. For some reason the treats just seem to get stuck so my dog gets frustrated with the toy. I also thought it would fire the balls out of the container but they just roll out.”

“Very disappointed with the pet ball and dispenser. I thought the ball would shoot out it doesn’t it rolls out. The box was damaged if it had been a present for someone else’s dog I couldn’t have given it as the box was a mess . I have thrown the box away .”

“my dog loves it he has not quite got the hang of putting ball in yet,but enjoys playing with it,he uses his nose to push ball in hole then enjoys treat that pops out”
