“My mattress is not as thick as the one in the picture also I do not have a thick gray covering the bottom, the mattress in the picture looks better quality and also a lot thicker than my mattress, my mattress is very thin and you can feel springs when your laying on it, I’m very disappointed with my new mattress, it’s not the same as the picture shown...”

“As a sufferer of osteo arthritis i can say 100% this mattress helps me get a great sleep and I don't wake up in severe pain like I used to. Best thing I ever did without a doubt!!”

“Delivery was good well packed,opened and left to get shape for a day and half,fitted bed well wasn’t as thick as I thought and firmness wasn’t as expected bought for daughter as her mattress was quite well used and needed replacing,probably wouldn’t buy again as would now rather see and feel item before purchase.”

“It is ok . but softer than why i expected . the bottom is the patterned side which i thought was confusing as i would expect the pattern to be on the top? It is quite comfortable though .”
