“Still waiting on delivery!!!!! I ordered my mattress on the 1/08/2024 I have been told it has been lost in transit if I cancel and my order gets delivered later I am liable for return fee of £30 this is against the consumer protection Law as the error is on their part I am very disappointed on the service I have received”

“Looks nothing like the picture, has about a cm of memory foam and can feel every spring through it. Says medium firm but it soft and if you sit on it on the floor as we did you try whilst waiting for the bed to arrive you might as well he on the floor directly! Has no support on sides what so ever”
