“In terms of firmness, it would be overly generous to state that it is a "Touch memory" sprung mattress, unless they mean when you've worn the springs enough on any old mattress that the springs' compression are fully exhausted to leave your body impression. "7/10" in any positive aspect of this mattress would be a lie, the plump mattress in the picture does not match the rolled up pancake that was handed to me, as even after being left to inflate, I can still feel the cross beams on my bed frame below. I was presented with the delivery date in the first week of May, however the delivery arrived unannounced 1-2 weeks early, thus no one was at the property to receive. I had personally rearranged the delivery with the delivery drivers for specific dates to be redelivered, and this was agreed by the deliverers, and each time they had delivered the very next day at an indeterminate time, and after 14 emails to Slumberworks to chase and confirm the delivery time, we decided to stake out the next untimely delivery. All in all, it seems the company name "Slumberworks" matches their enterprise's ability to function, and calling this an ortheopedic mattress is just sad.”
