“Everything about this transaction is poor because I only have half of my order and cannot contact you, nor the supplier and Evrie are incapable of answering the simplest of questions .itis far too complicated and stressful to contact a human being and get straight answers to simple questions. It is most unlikely that I will use your services again”

Thank you for your review. Please use the below, and this will guide you to complete the delivery; Wowcher sells vouchers that can be exchanged with the merchant for a product or service. Once the deal closes customers receive their Wowcher via email (your Wowchers can also be accessed in your Wowcher account under the “My Account” section). To use your Wowcher simply follow the steps below: 1. Log into your account (www.Wowcher.co.uk/login). 2. Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. 3. Once in your account you will see your purchased Wowcher(s). 4. Next to each Wowcher is a “View” button which can be used to open the Wowcher. 5. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each Wowcher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the Wowcher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears. 6. You need to redeem your Wowcher if you have not already done so and enter your delivery details to receive delivery of your order. You must do this before the expiry date printed on your Wowcher. “For comfort the mattress is good. However I find it lumpy, the coils stick out. I've bought a mattress cover(not from wowcher) that will hopefully make a difference”

“Horrendous, Not fit for use, I tried to sleep on it for 3 nights, and have now had to sleep in spare room . it's saggy and springs dig into to you which shouldn't happen particularly as I'm only 8stone, I sent a complaint and was to wait 14 days for a reply from merchant, it s now been 14 days and I have not had any response. If you buy don't accept or unwrap and return immediately...Unless Wowcher up the thier game in the quality of what they and have better customer support, I will certainly not be buying from thier website.”
