“The Robot is useless as it does not sweep anything up. I would like to return it but I don’t know how. Wowcher make this very difficult.”

“Well it sweeps around the floor very quickly. Sadly I'm not convinced that it does much in the way of cleaning the floor while doing this. Perversely it sprays steam out of the top of the robot, which is no use at all if you want it to clean the floor with the steam. I might just be doing something wrong, but the instructions make no sense - something has been lost in translation from the Chinese I think. Unless you just want to watch it wizz round the floor, I wouldn't bother buying this - in my opinion it doesn't clean floors as described.”
