“Do not buy this item, utter rubbish. I bought 5 of these as I wanted to give them out as gifts. They arrived absolutely battered and when I queried this I was told I would have to return at my own expense. The returns process appears sketchy. I tried out one of these items for myself and it won't hold charge and won't turn on.”

“It's absolutely rubbish. Does not Steam the floor nor mop the floor. Yes steam comes out but from where you put the water t the top not the bottom to clean the floor.”
