“Ordered 2 got one!.... No response with complaint. I bought as gift(s) for my daughter's, I only received one and my daughter tells me its not very good at all, it goes straight up and down and doesn't move direction, kept getting trapped.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that. I am afraid this Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately.
