“Needs more instructions. How do you empty after hoovering? Or does the dust just accumulate on material. It’s lovely and quiet. Great cleaning under bed for my 86 yr old mum. She feels better that it’s being done daily and can watch TV while it’s working. Tried the mop function. Soaked up small milk spillage easily. No wet where it’s mopped and could only see slight difference in floor. Stains weren’t removed but mum does feel it’s cleaner. Price reflects quality. Novelty for mum and she is using daily enabling me just to do two big cleans a week now using hoover,mop and bucket! If it breaks I won’t be replacing in a hurry!”

“Keeps getting stuck on carpet edging and goes under the carpet and will also get stuck on furniture. Not as good as I thought it would be?”

“Do not buy!!!! This does not ‘mop’ your floor!!!! It at best is a DUSTER!!! It’s rubbish and they refuse to pay postage to return it!!!! Please don’t waste your money”

“Thought I was buying a steam mop! Instead it’s a sweeper that does not pick up bits unless it gets stuck to the clothe and the steam comes out the top like a humidifier!!! I will use it to dry the floor after I've mopped the floor”
