“They have taken two transactions out of my bank account total £21:00 I have recived ony one link that after the long phone call to automated Microsoft phone number told me the product is already activated? they have taken my money and all I got was a link that you can get from microsoft anyway. Please refund or check your bank statments to see what this has cost me. Regards: Steve”

“I thought would just get a code and download software - but seems bit involved for techno phob like me and you have to telephone Microsoft too. So I contacted Wowcher to ask about refund they passed it to the merchant - still waiting for response.”

“My subscription to Microsoft 365 was up for renewal so I tried MO 2019. I am glad I did as I didn’t like the automatic saving and overwriting my work to cloud without giving option to experiment with my work first I am more in control of what is saved and where my files are”
