“I didn’t realise it was a download as I was expecting the software on cd. There was no correspondence from the company so I had to contact them after several days I’ve been away so unable to download but think I would prefer a refund… not what I was expecting!!”

“Seller left out information until the Wowcher was redeemed. Now im told I can’t have a refund because it was redeemed. Would not have purchased if I had this information. I have been in contact to tell Wowcher this but they have ignored my last email completely. First and last time i will use this dodgy website.”
