“I have not received my order. I have contacted both the seller and Yodel. Neither reply. I've asked for a refund, again no reply. I will never use Wowcher again. I've list £40.”

“This order was due for delivery on the 17/6. As yet I have not been notified when or if these are going to be delivered. Very very poor service. I will not be ordering from you again.”

“Absolutely awful. The trees that they sent me were not the Flamingo variety, just plain ones and one of them was not grafter on to the rootstock properly and was mainly being held on by the sticky stuff round it. I have complained to both Wowcher, who I bough the items from and the on-line gardening Express who I purchased them from using the voucher. Wowcher have copied me in on an e-mail asking Grasslands what they are doing about it. I have informed them that if I don't either receive replacement trees or better still a refund, I shall contact Trading Standards. No wonder they don't accept Paypal payments. Oh, and there were no lavels on the trees, no despatch note inside the box or on the plant pots.”

“The product is amazing, but I was disappointed by the price in the end. I noticed in my local Asda that they were selling them for £12.99 each so this time round I feel a little bit aggrieved. Other than that I am very happy with the product.”
