“Pleasantly surprised when they arrived as they were slightly bigger than we expected. The whole wowcher process was relatively simple but a little confusing when it came to the final payment as I inadvertently subscribed to the wowcher VIP costing £7.99. Wowcher have refunded me £4.99 - don't yet know why I have been shortchanged by £3.00 The delivery communications were excellent and arrived exactly when the courier said they would - so this was excellent.”

“The quality of the trees were very poor the leaves were brown and some of the branches were snapped I email garden express about the state of the trees they said the trees would come back in time I asked what the return policy was they say I have to paid to return them this is not feasible as I am a pensioner and money is tight these plants should not be full price as the quality is very poor I will not be using garden express again”

“Ordered and paid for normal delivery where I would be available for said dates, received an email with extra early delivery date so I changed date to when I was expecting as was away. Plants were clearly left in box from arranged earlier delivery until when delivery was due and were half dead. By the state of the box they’d clearly tried to revive them (falling apart and shrink wrapped as drenched). Wasn’t happy with half dead plants so contacted company who said they’d be ok in time, I didn’t order half dead plants that I would then have to try and revive with no guarantee of success so I asked if I could return them. They said to put in original packaging (thrown away as ruined by water) and pay for a courier! I’d already paid for delivery to get them here! I’m also disabled and won’t find it easy try to pack two dead trees and somehow get them to the drop off place but they won’t arrange a collection so I’m now left out of pocket with dead trees”
