“Its early days I'm just coming to the end of the first 30 days There may be some improvment in the health of my nails and hair and possibly general health! but I think I would like to wait a little longer to be sure my next supply is due soon I would say though that I am aware of taste and smell to this product but it is easy to use and”

“Honestly can't say I've noticed a difference yet as only been using for a month. They say you need to use for at least 3 months to see any benefits. Price and service have been good and the taste is fine. I'll give it a few more months to decide.”
