Our nutrition team advise to take your product every day, for most products it takes between 6-12 weeks to feel the full benefits. You might not notice all the changes in your health immediately but you might start seeing more changes after a month or within the second month. So you might get subtle changes in the first few weeks and then much bigger changes as the weeks go on. “I find this easy to add to my morning yoghurt. Previously I used collagen sachets and did not really like them and always forgot to take them .I really notice the difference in my skin and hair now as I actually take this one!”
