“Unfortunately I did not see any difference over the 30 days . I could taste/smell when put in tea but was disguised when in coffee. Cancelled my subscription as a further 3 month supply arrived before i had even finished my first month meaning i had paid out almost £100 for 6 months supply in just one month”

“I have been taking this every day for nearly 3 months. I’m not sure I’ve noticed any positive effects yet. I have had increased heartburn and constipation though!!! Plus it is not flavourless, there is a fishy taste. I’ve tried it in squash, tea and apple juice.”

Our nutrition team advise to take your product every day, for most products it takes between 6-12 weeks to feel the full benefits. You might not notice all the changes in your health immediately but you might start seeing more changes after a month or within the second month. So you might get subtle changes in the first few weeks and then much bigger changes as the weeks go on. “Its too soon to say if there is any improvement in my hair, skin, nails but I would say having tried other bovine collagen of good quality and not seen any benefit whatsoever - I much prefer this formulation which is 100% undetectable in scent and taste and dosage is so much smaller, easily dissolves so its easier to take in either tea or coffee (my preference). The clinical evidence for collagen supplements is apparently low but I'm hoping I might see some improvements.”

“Like most I was sceptical about supplements but after starting my second bottle a couple of weeks ago I can honestly say I'm feeling a difference.
