“I love that this basic multi vit has everything you need, with good quality, bio available ingredients and nothing extra. The amoutn of each nutrient is not excessive and i have put several other people onto this product. I did start getting some random symptoms which i wondered if was too much supplimenting( i was adding others from elsewhere too) so i stopped all suppliments for a while and this has been very easy to put a pause on with this company, or can be changed easily to different products so its great to know you don't have to faff if you need to change or stop something. I switched to a different complex for a while but in time hope to add this back in later this year.”

“I’ve been using these supplements for several months now and I briefly had a month off during the middle. During that month I noticed a dip in energy levels, my dry eyes returned and even my oura ring noticed a difference. I’ve also noticed a lot of new hair growth since using the vitamins too. I’d definitely recommend these!”
