“I have been taking this supplement over the past month - while I didn't notice any particular general changes overall, my colleagues remarked that I seemed to have much more energy! One thing I did notice was that I always crave iron (usually in the form of steak) the week before menstruation - this has happened my entire adult life - this month I had no cravings for iron whatsoever, and felt balanced. That was remarkable. Great service and happy with the product. I look forward to trying the Omega 3 supplements.”

“I love this brand! I have enjoyed taking the vitamins - they have made me feel more supported and have completed my '360' health kick I am trying to embark on. I love the idea that they are natural and food grown, rather than synthetically created. I have only been taking them for a few weeks, so I will need to wait a little longer to find out how they perform, but so far, so good! I would like to try other vitamins from the range :)”
